Ownership

You own Your Content. Kuwa owns Kuwa Content and the Site (including design, interfaces, software, and compilations). Except as permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Kuwa Content or the Site.

Advertising

We may show ads near or within Content. You are not entitled to compensation for such placement.

7) Acceptable use

Don’t do (or help others do) the following:

Violate our Content Guidelines or post fake/paid reviews.
Infringe others’ rights (privacy, IP, publicity, etc.).
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
Send bulk or spam messages; manipulate search results.
Collect data about users without permission.
Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Site.
Scrape, crawl, index, or reverse-engineer the Site.
Bypass or interfere with security features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuwa isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, or reputation; or business interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Kuwa in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 100.
