Matsuzaki Kuwa Farms

Matsuzaki Kuwa Farms is located in Shizuoka Prefecture on the western side of the Izu Peninsula. This cooperative farm cultivates  kuwa leaves, cuts, dries and converts the leaves into a fine powder that can be added to different food products adding not only a brilliant green color but also important ingredients important to maintaining a healthy life.
